Hendry County Voting Information

This page provides links to official voter resources from the Hendry County Supervisor of Elections.


The election for Hendry County Judge will appear on the August 18, 2026 Primary Election ballot. Because this is a nonpartisan judicial race, all eligible Hendry County voters may participate regardless of political party affiliation. Voters registered as Republicans, Democrats, No Party Affiliation (NPA), or with a minor party may all vote in this race if otherwise eligible to vote in Hendry County.


Judicial elections matter because judges are entrusted with decisions that affect people, families, businesses, and the community. The role requires fairness, preparation, professionalism, and respect for the law.

Ways to Vote:


Vote by Mail

Vote-by-Mail allows eligible voters to receive a ballot by mail and return it before Election Day. If you plan to vote by mail, request your ballot early, complete it carefully, and return it as soon as possible so it is received on time.


Vote Early

Early Voting is a convenient option for voters who want to cast their ballot before Election Day. Hendry County Early Voting for this election runs from August 3 through August 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.


Vote on Election Day/Primary Election

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Voters should bring valid identification and confirm their assigned polling location before heading to vote.
