About Jill Cabai

A Florida Native

As a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, Jill Cabai is proud of the deep roots she has in the community—roots that continue to guide her commitment to serving as Hendry County’s next county judge. Her journey began in Fort Myers, where she attended preschool at the Children’s Center on Sanibel Island. This early, nurturing environment sparked her love for the region and instilled in her lasting values of compassion and service.

Jill continued her education at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School and later Bishop Verot High School, where she built the foundation for her future academic and professional pursuits. She went on to study at the University of Central Florida and later earned her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law—always cheering, “Go Noles!”

Building a Life in LaBelle

After completing her education, Jill returned home to Southwest Florida and spent more than eight years with the State Attorney’s Office, proudly representing the people of Hendry County. This experience strengthened her understanding of the justice system and deepened her dedication to fairness and integrity. After her service as a prosecutor, she opened her own law firm, where she has had the privilege of serving the residents of Hendry County for the past decade.

Throughout her career, Jill has remained committed to giving back. She has volunteered her time with the Firehouse Community Theatre and the LaBelle Revitalization Corporation. She previously served as Vice President of the Hendry Glades Bar Association and continues to remain an active member. She also served as a board member and volunteer at the Caloosa Humane Society and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater LaBelle Chamber of Commerce.

A Legacy of Serving Hendry County

Jill and her husband have built their home here, surrounded by their beloved rescue animals. For Jill, this community is more than where she lives—it’s where she works, participates, gives back, and grows.

Jill is prepared to bring her years of legal experience, her understanding of the community, and her commitment to fairness, respect, and impartiality to the bench. She appreciates the support of those who take the time to learn more about her background and dedication to Hendry County.
